Refund Terms
Refunds are available only before the first attended class. If you decide not to start before any class has taken place, we'll refund the full subscription cost within 7 business days. After the first attended class, no refunds will be issued. The discounted pricing of 3- and 6-month packages is calculated based on the full subscription term — pay-as-you-go single classes have a higher per-class rate.
Pause Option
If circumstances arise that prevent your child from continuing, we offer a pause option: • 3-month package — pause up to 1 month • 6-month package — pause up to 2 months Pause is available once per subscription term. The subscription term extends by the paused duration.
Exceptional Circumstances
Serious illness, relocation, or force majeure are reviewed individually. Reach out to us — we'll find a solution.
Privacy Policy
We only store what's needed: name, email, phone, child's details. We never sell contacts. A detailed policy is in the works.

Photography during classes happens only with parents' written consent. Photos are never published without permission.
